We do understand that everyone gets busy, and that from time-to-time special circumstances are unavoidable and a cancellation of your appointment may be necessary. If you find yourself unable to keep an appointment, we do ask that a minimum of 24 hours’ notice be provided to us. This courtesy enables us to schedule another client in this time and to ensure we can reschedule yours for a time and day more convenient to you.

If 24 hours’ notice isn’t provided you will be charged 100% of the treatment fee. The same will apply if you simply do not show for your appointment.

Please ensure you are on time for your appointment as a courtesy to the client that’s after you. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we cannot guarantee we will be able to complete your treatment for you. If your treatment is unable to be completed due to a late arrival, the above cancellation policy will apply and you will be charged accordingly.

As cancellations and ‘no shows’ have a significant impact on us, we do need to enforce our cancellation policy and appreciate your understanding.
